Refund policy

We are aware of the complexity and uncertainty involved in the online shopping process, so we want to reward the brave shoppers for putting their faith in our shop and for helping us keep the Quelton Shop engine running.

In case your order includes a customised product at Quelton Lab, you should take into account the production and confection time that our workshops have. It takes approximately two to three weeks to make a bikini, but our workshop can be overcrowded and this period could increase.

Tracking my order
All our orders are shipped through the Sending agency. When you place an order, we will send you by email the tracking number that you will be able to see the complete tracking of your order by entering it in the shipping locator.

If you want to return a collection product
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our collection products, you can request a refund within fourteen calendar days. Send us an email to pedidos@queltonshop.com or by direct message on Instagram (@queltonshop) and we will explain in detail how we proceed with our returns.

Notes: all return costs will be borne by the customer and no refunds will be made, only discount codes.

If you want to return a bikini designed by you (Quelton Lab)
There are exceptions in certain products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised according to the general law for the defence of consumers and users. One of them are personalised products. This is the reason why we do not make refunds on those personalised products except if it has a defect, defect or the colours do not match exactly with the description (it was marked red and the bikini is blue).

If you have a discount code
If you have a discount code in hand, just choose your favourite products and add this code at the checkout in the "Discount code" section and enjoy our products at home at a lower price.

Age
You represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and to use the Service in accordance with these TOU, which you fully understand and acknowledge. You represent that all information provided to access the Service, prior to and during use of the Service, is true, complete and accurate.
