Yes, we accept size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms must have the protective hygiene sticker intact. To start an exchange, email us at info@quelton.com with your order number.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and the hygiene sticker intact on bottoms.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Sale items and limited edition pieces can be exchanged for store credit only, not refunded.

They follow the same hygiene conditions as regular returns.

We use premium fabrics including nylon, Lycra/spandex blends, and Econyl® — a regenerated nylon made from recycled fishing nets and other nylon waste.

Our fabrics are carefully selected for their elasticity, durability, and comfort, so your bikini holds its shape and colour through countless wears.

To keep your Quelton bikini looking its best:

• Hand wash in cold water with mild soap after each use.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove salt, sand, and sunscreen.
• Do not wring — gently press out excess water and lay flat to dry in the shade.
• Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, and ironing.
• Keep away from rough surfaces that could snag the fabric.

Yes. Our Econyl® and Lycra fabrics are resistant to chlorine, making them suitable for both pool and sea use.

That said, we always recommend rinsing your bikini thoroughly after every swim to preserve the colour and elasticity for longer.
