2. Customs and import duties
Orders below 1,000 AUD are generally exempt from import taxes or duties.
Orders valued above 1,000 AUD may be subject to:
10% GST (Goods and Services Tax)
5% duty on swimwear under HS Code 6112.41.00
Customs Entry Fee (from July 2025: 96 AUD for >1,000 AUD / 198 AUD for >10,000 AUD)
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💡 To avoid delays, invoices will always describe products as “New Women’s Swimwear”, with clear composition (80% Polyamide / 20% Elastane), country of origin (Spain), and value.
3. Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your Quelton swimwear. If you need a different size or wish to return an item:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs back to Spain.
Quelton will assist you with all paperwork, courier booking, and customs documentation to make the process as smooth as possible.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
⏱ Please allow up to 14 business days for processing international returns.
4. Conditions for returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with hygiene stickers intact.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, bottoms and one-piece swimsuits cannot be returned if the protective hygiene sticker has been removed.

Customs inspections may delay delivery times.

Let me tell you! Almost all our tops tie **at the neck and at the back**, so you adjust them to your body. Right now, the ones with **ties to adjust** are the **Revolve, Sheriff, Howdy and Wild West**; in other designs the bottom has an **adjuster** for a perfect fit. And all tops come with **cups (not padded)**, with an opening to remove them or add padding.
I totally get it, finding a bikini with good support is a real challenge! I'd go for the **sporty** or **triangle** tops, which **give great support**, and since almost all of them tie at the neck and back, you can make them **fit you perfectly**.
Don't worry! The **thong bottom isn't tiny**. And the **basic one is Brazilian style**: slightly cheeky but not too much, **just enough to flatter** 😉 If it's a tie-side, you can also adjust it at the sides.
I love that you asked! 💗 All our bikinis are **handmade**, most of them **in Portugal**. We source **the best fabrics in Europe**, mostly with **recycled fibres**, and every year we review our patterns **millimetre by millimetre**.
Not at all! 🙌 **None of our bikinis are see-through**: they're all **lined** and come with **cups**, so nothing shows, not even wet or in light colours. If you don't like the cups you can remove them, and there's a pocket for padding.
Good question! It depends a lot on **how you care for it**. We use **the best fabrics in Europe** and test them for months, but it's normal for the metallic finish to lose some shine over the summers. To make it last: **hand wash it** (never in the machine), **don't dry it in the sun** or the dryer, and in winter store it **completely dry in its fabric bag**.
